Q. How long after I purchase my web design template will it take to be product
entry ready?
A. It will take approximately 3-5 business
days.
Q. What payment methods do you accept?
A. We
accept secured payments through Paypal, Money Orders and personal
checks.
Q. Can I request design changes to pre-made
templates?
A. Sorry, but we cannot change the designs on our limited
or OOAK pre-made designs. If you have a different design in mind, we will be
more than happy to create a custom template. Simple changes to fonts or font colors, background and navigation verbiage such as "About Us, Policies etc" can possibly be changed.
Q. Do you do product
entry.
A. No, however we will make sure we help you to become
familiar with the cart system so that you are able to add products. Even those
with limited computer skills can easily navigate and add products through our
recommended cart systems.
Q. Do you offer refunds?
A.
Because web designs are not a tangible product we cannot issue refunds. There are no limits to the amount of revisions we will do. We will
work with you until you are completely satisfied. (Applicable to custom Web Designs only.)
Q. What if I'm
having technical issues with the cart system.
A. If you are having
technical issues with your cart system you can contact me or submit a ticket
with the cart host.
Q. How long does it take to complete a custom Web
Design.
A. Approximately 2-4 weeks. I work exclusively with one client at a time to insure quality
and timely competition.
Q. Do you have
layaway plans?
A. Yes we do. A 20% down payment is required with bi-monthly payments. We do not differentiate between the small and large business
owners. The quality of customer service is the same for all our clients. Our
goal is to help you make a success of your business. |
